  The seller packaged the item very well, so I don't think anything happened during shipment. I asked the seller before I bought the item if there was anything else cracked or damaged other than what they pictured on one photograph. The answer was no. The main bowl, which was the main thing we were looking for, was cracked along the bottom where it latches onto the base unit. I have put glue on it and hope it holds. The main bowl was dirty from some kind of dried up liquid.
