A 3oz mailer can be shipped for less. Seems less than new since the edges of the tulle are frayed from aging, but with no stains or visible wear marks. I'd say this was more like an $8 purchase, rather than a $15 purchase. They used stock art to show the product, which doesn't really show what you are getting. I would have preferred an image of the actual product. Buyers? Wait for a discount.
