  Upon receiving the item, I had concerns as items were not present in the box which should have been included as a “new “item. I reached out to the seller immediately, and the seller had an immediate response, listened to my concerns, and quickly resolved my issue.   Excellent communications and lighting fast shipping. The rotor was OEM Motorcraft in brand new condition. The price was half of what the dealer was charging. Rotor was in OE packaging and of the highest quality. Five star seller. Thank you

  Shipping was ok was able to track my order through the app and packaging was great was packaged very good so the Item that I ordered wouldnt get damaged and as described I got what was pictured In the pictures and value for the Item was alright but other then that would buy again from this seller In the future.

  I ordered a eaglemoss star trek Pathfinder with MAGAZINE ,that's what the seller advertised, but they sent me a star trek enterprise-e with MAGAZINE, at this point I'm just frustrated, so this seller just cheated me out of my hard earned money, but what goes around comes around, plus the picture on the box says pathfinder with MAGAZINE so how they end up shipping the WRONG SHIP is anyone's guess, I just don't like dealing with DISHONEST PEOPLE,but it won't happen again with them.
