  Item is the correct filter, but it is not going in place as it should. I have tried several times putting in the new filter into the filter cartridge holder and still to no avail. After several attempts at this, I gave up and put back in the old filter in the cartridge holder and it went in with no problems.

  I bought this water filter not knowing that my refrigerator requires a chip on the filter and this filter did not have a chip and when I contacted the seller they told me that I had to peel off my label off my old water filter and place it on their water filter but when I peeled off my label the whole chip did not come off with the label therefore when I put my label on their water filter it did not work so I could not use my water or my ice maker I had to buy a filter with a chip

  after I bought these filters they now have a new directions that want you to take out old chip to make new one work, I couldn't even get it to screw in, If anyone buys these are headed for troubles , First it took long time for shipping then it won't screw in, Had I known before hand I would have NEVER BOUGHT FROM this Dealer. So to all Buyer beware. .
