  Came in with outer wrap removed, but was communicated prior to shipping and offered refund if not wanted. Still bought as I do this for my personal collection. Outer box rip tab was in tack and was delivered in a very safe packing (within bubbler and in box). Pulled Cubone chase in first pack! Well worth and would recommend.

  Arrived as advertised, in separate envelopes. There was a delay with shipping that the seller contacted me about, so good communication. Unfortunately no good pulls out of these packs but this is a great value for the packs! Thanks

  Today, I received my Gem Pack Vol. 3. I had ordered three boxes, and my primary goal was to obtain Gengar, Cubone, and Meowth from this set. So far, I have opened two boxes and successfully pulled Gengar and Cubone. The anticipation was well worth it, and I appreciate the seller’s proactive communication and updates.   Responds to offers quickly, fast shipping, & I would buy from them again. Just a heads up though, no bubble wrap was used in the packaging. There was some paper for padding but one of the booster boxes showed up with a crease in it. Other than that, my overall experience was still good and I’m happy to finally get some of this product.

  Communication with the seller was very disappointing. They initially contacted me to say the product would arrive without shrink wrap but still charged the premium price. After that, I tried reaching out multiple times for clarification but never received any response. The item did eventually arrive in good condition and matched the description aside from the missing wrap, but the lack of communication made the experience frustrating overall
