  I installed the new screen, and it worked like it should. I recommend contacting the seller to make sure you are getting the right screen. There are two different types for the Furuno 1710 units. I was able to verify the old screen with pictures from the seller. The package was well protected for its overseas journey to the US. I would highly recommend buying from this seller.

There was a delay in shipping initially due to situations beyond the control of the seller, but they were quick to respond once their situation got back under control. I'll have to do some mods to the motherboard of my D70 to use this, but I am confident that it will work fine once I do.
