  I had ordered the last 10pack of 1/5" mini terra cotta pots this seller was selling. Everything went perfect, but the package ended up getting lost. Also, my loss! The seller was more on top of my package than I was. The day I was to receive the package; the seller contacted me of the package being lost and had issued me a refund right at that time. Anyway, I am very impressed with this seller and how both the purchase and refund were handled. Thank you for looking out for your purchasers!

  The item was lost in the mail through no fault of the seller. Although I would have liked to receive the items I have to give the seller credit for the prompt communication and rapid refund. I am leaving positive feedback for the way they dealt with the situation and would buy from this seller again.

  I did not receive the item that was advertised. The Seller ordered a similar kit from Amazon without contacting me. The first image (Daichel Kit) is the item I ordered. Seller said it got damaged. So they offered me about half my money back. I asked them to send the kit they were still advertising - I received no response regarding this request, which leads me to believe they never had the advertised kit. Third picture is what I received from Amazon. Threw it in the trash. Terrible Seller
