  I ordered a firestick and it came with everything but the firestick itself. The remote, batteries, and everything sealed like new, just no actual stick.

  No it was not sealed like it was new. It clearly stated Open Box in the description. However, You will receive a refund upon receipt of the returned items. Our mistake for not checking the open box contents before listing. We appreciate your business & our apologies for the inconvenience.

  I received my tens unit, and was shocked in the condition it was in. After I took the product out from the shipping wrapper, I noticed the product box was in horrible condition, especially since the product was bought “new”. It appears the box had been opened and looked liked something no one buy at any store. I bought this for my dad for Father’s Day. I am ashamed to give him this. Live and learn people before you buy from these sellers!

  I wish you would have let us know. We’ve never opened it and it had not been used to our knowledge. You could have easily contacted us to resolve the issue. The box was as shown on the pictures. The condition of the tens inside the box should have been new. I learned about it from reading the review.
