  Sent non working headphones and then filed a claim stating that I kept the item that was sent to me and returned a substitute non working headphones. No communication when I tried to discuss the issue.

  I’m sorry this transaction didn’t go as expected. eBay reviewed the case and confirmed that the item returned was not the same one originally sent, and the decision was made in my favor.   Advertised as "NEW". It was definitely not "NEW". Has (3) dents in the screen, one pretty significant dent. Small scratches on the lower part. After a quick Google search, I also learned it was not packaged in factory packaging. The speaker was in a large JBL black bag that I assume is for the 320 or larger speaker. I can only assume this was used, then repackaged in the factor box that they had laying around. Seller provided a small discount, but I still strongly believe I was misled.

  Buyer was given two fair options: a full refund with return or a 25% partial refund to keep the item. They chose the partial refund, kept the item, and still left negative feedback. I strive to resolve issues quickly, fairly, and honestly.
