  I bought this item the day prior to leaving for a vacation. When I arrived home and picked up my mail (10 days after it had arrived) the item was broken it the box. I messaged this seller and she replied within minutes and gave me a full refund, no questions asked. I offered to send photos of the item and the box that was clearly damaged in shipping and NOT the fault of the seller. She declined and the refund was already posted without me having to even send photos. A+ service!10/10 recommend!

  Item was packed very securely, a box inside of a box, with lots of bubble wrap and packing peanuts! The Betamax machine works perfectly.
