  Seller sent an item that was clearly used. Concrete dust was caked under the blade shroud. When we opened the box we found several dead mice; see attached photos. Horrible seller, plus, he sent me (2) threatening emails warning me about leaving negative feedback. look at the pictures and you judge for yourself! Avoid this seller at all cost.

  I told this buyer that if they returned it I would pull the usage logs from it and deny the return if I found it to be used since shipment. They decided not to return it as they were obviously trying to SCAM me. They tried using this tool and then returning it. Although I do not dispute the fact that it was possible a mouse got in the box, this likely would have happened at the Milwaukee warehouse and did not impact the ability to use this tool which was sold at a HUGE discount.
