  Phony Tracking number No communication for 2 weeks then a refund is issued. I am very unhappy with this seller. Claims there is a problem with the address I have had for 15 years!! No one else has a problem sending packages here!

  The urn is just as pictured in the listing and in new condition with no flaws. It was shipped promptly and double-boxed. However, it was shipped from Amazon, and I didn't know that's where it was from. I've been boycotting Amazon for a few years.

  First, the order was never acknowledged by the seller. No shipping date AT ALL. I gave the seller five days before I made contact, asking when I could expect the item as it was tree fertilizer and I needed it ASAP. Not a peep. I finally had to ask ebay to intervene. NOT A TRUSTWORTHY SELLER
