  Shipping took way longer than expected but to be honest the seller has wrote that she is a single mom so in no way would I even consider leaving a neutral or negative because I can understand how busy she is. Packaging was great and every single part of the ribbon was as described. The value was spot on as well. Thanks again

  The original purchase that I made turned out to be damaged so she didn't send it but she did reach out to me and tell me right away which I thought was amazing so she replaced the original thing that I wanted with other transfers. They were shipped in a timely manner packaging was nice wasn't destroyed product I told her to just send me whatever she felt the value of the first product that I initially wanted would be so she sent me two very nice transfers. And yes the product was as described.
