Item is exactly as described and pictured, better than pictured because what looked liked deeper scratches were nothing worth worrying about.   Broke during shipping, I alerted the seller and he promptly issued me a complete refund. Given the very low price of the item I wasn't expecting much more than absolute basics in a used unit with wear and tear; when I alerted them to the breakage there was no argument, they wrote back promising a refund right then and there. I am sure it left their site intact but they assumed responsibility, the mark of an excellent seller.

  I was impressed with how well the curling iron was packed for shipping. It was triple wrapped, meaning the seller wanted to make sure that the iron as not damaged in transit. It was as described and I cannot wait to use it.
