    The seller was very accommodating of my error --I should have ordered a USB headset rather than a phone one--and reimbursed me promptly when I returned the phone headset (which was in great condition).

    It arrived quickly, but appearance wasn’t as it said in the description of the item before I purchased it. It was missing two screws in the screen panel, which I replaced myself. It does function properly and I would say that it’s in decent cosmetic condition. Personally, I don’t think it was worth $96.00, maybe $70.00. It will work though. Thanks.

    It costs to replace the cover, that is why the price is worth it.

    I received a Dell laptop instead of the HP that I purchased. I immediately bought another HP from a different seller because I needed to replace my defective one ASAP. I returned the Dell for a refund. This was a very disappointing transaction.
