    Packaging was good, shipping was fast, item as described, they don't make shoes like this anymore. This shoe has sat in a box unworn for at least 25 years and it's leather is softer than new shoes, truly great value since even with shipping it's a quarter of the cost of a similar quality shoe today.

    I found the necklace to be an item that that was unsellable. The item was very Rusty in parts of the chain and the bead very tarnished. Although they sent a cleaning rag the rust was on removable. Had I known it was in this condition I would not have purchased. It was not an expensive item however I thought you should know.

    Our sincere apologies for any issues with the necklace. It was not opened from the manufacturer and sold in the original package. I will happily send you a replacement. You can always contact us to let us know if you have issues with an order. As you can see from our history, this isn't a common experience for our buyers.
