  Item was billed as "NEW" but arrived clearly NOT new -- fabric was torn in several places from where the weights had been taken in & out; the black color of the weights had worn off, to varying degrees, on each of the weights - no doubt from when they had been taken in & out of the weight slots. When seller saw the pictures I sent, seller offered for me to keep them at 50% discount but unfortunately I was looking for a "NEW" product, as had been described. My first such negative exper on eBay.
