  This is my 1st time buying from this seller and WOW, am I IMPRESSED!!! Not your average "box and ship" careless E-bay seller. She really went above and beyond, even bubble wrapping the small details, like the tip top handle of my Amberina separately w/ its own little protective wrap, extra bubble wrap on the inside AND outside of both parts. Not to mention the styrofoam blocks to separate the two parts from being banged during the shipping process. Love the card! Lighting speed shipping!! A++!

  Better than described and even the pictures. Packaging was very well made.I even received a Thank you note. I’m in love!!!! Shipping ,well it was not the seller’s fault. They were delayed a bit. But overall 10 out 10

  This was classified as "New: Other" which was deceiving in and of itself. -We're all busy these days, I saw the word 'new' and thought it was new. Shipping cost was fair, but the fountain was BROKEN when I opened the box. I sent the seller pics of the item requesting a partial or full refund- she said I'd need to send it back. -Like I have the time to send this broken fountain back to this woman. Very unprofessional. Terrible customer service.

  It is disappointing that we didn't meet your expectations. The item was new in box, which I opened to assembled the pump and insure its working order. It was then packed, double boxed, and shipped. When you messaged, I answered right away offering a full refund upon receiving them item back to me. I'm baffled and disappointed that you chose not to return it for refund, as per eBay policy.
