  False advertisement I am a frequent customer with scentbird that why i decided to buy this product it was not new like the product stated I will not be buying anything else from them

  Im sorry you arent happy but we wrote in the description it may have been sprayed. We also wrote to look at all the photos so you can see (the fill line, its a clear bottle) how much was in the bottle AND we also took a picture on a scale with the weight showing so you could see by weight how much was in the refill. Im not sure what else we could have done to demonstrate. These refills are never filled all the way to the very top, thats why we weighed it for you so you could see the exact amount

  Everything was perfect except for one plate in the middle was smashed to tiny pieces so that it was unrecognizable. I don't know how this happened as everything else completely undamaged.
