  I was going to return the boxes as I realized I would not need them after all and the seller even though offering free shipping sent me somewhat of a threatening 50% restocking fee. I decided to keep them but not based on the threatening type of restocking fee I did use them after all. eBay does not need sellers like this.

  eBay allows some sellers to adjust refund amounts down to 50% when items are returned after boing opened, used or damaged. This is not a threat, it's eBays policy for returns and Top Rated Sellers are offered this protection because we deal with buyers that abuse the return policy by sending back items after opening, using, damaging them. We are protected by eBay and it appears you have an issue with eBay and their policies.
