It is not a modern Raspberry Pi so I don't know why they say it sucks...I didn't make it and it is just as described. As for feedback, this is not my daily business. You paid $10. So you got a good deal on something that was exactly as described. It was shipped once you tried to cancel so I'm not goint to pay for return shipment or let you keep it for free.
