I did not receive any email conformation updates after my purchase. 2 days after it was supposed to arrive, I emailed them to ask about my item. I was informed that It was out of stock. They apologized, credited my account and sent me a different free scoop. Altogether I am satisfied with how the transaction was handled. I had to purchase the scoop, that I wanted, from another seller. It is what it is.

The hand probe works as advertised. I'm still reading the manual and watching videos to understand the detector before I take it outside. A little intimidating, but It comes on and off, just not quite sure what it's doing yet.

I reached out to the seller and they promptly shipped out the pan which i received a week later. I believe most likely the pan was stolen in transit because the factory package inside the shiping box was not sealed tape was off of it and the box was slightly open.

This seller had one in stock. Price was great. Processing and shipping was extremely fast. Item arrived in perfect condition and looked great. I'm very happy that I was able to find it.
