  Took them 8 days to ship my purchased items where I messaged them on the 3rd, 5th, and 7th days of the 8 days, to get any current status updates as I was getting concerned since it was a big purchase. There were no responses back to any of my messages. Regardless, the package got to me and all items were safe/accounted for. Thank you. Going forward if they do business with other people, I recommend they at least respond to buyer messages timely so there's no being left in the dark/unread.
