  Ordered on Sunday, shipped on Monday, arrived on Tuesday - brilliant! Well packaged for a fragile item and it was accurately described in the listing and photos. It didn’t end up being suitable for me, but the customer service was excellent throughout and a refund was issued as soon as the item was received back. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this seller.   Seller was good and all arrived and working as described, the same can't be said about the courier(Royal mail) estimated wed-Thurs arrived Friday anyone can be late but after Wednesday there was no communication which was the issue if tracking is paid for then it shouldn't be available. No issue with seller.

  Beautiful large vintage china elephant! Thrilled with it. Good price too! Exactly as described and it was shipped quickly with a fair shipping cost and was very carefully wrapped and boxed for safe delivery.   Great support and service for charity excellent as described quality item package damaged torn in half had to be replaced inside another bag due to on route to my address with a note from the postal service many thanks providing top quality for all essentials.

  parcel arrived yesterday looked as if were kicked about a bit but it was well wrapped and wrapped so only minor damage done ,i am in prosses of rebuilding and repairing .but items were as described and excellent value i hope to deal again .many thanks i hope to show the finished figures soon
