  Purchased these mugs for my sister that lost almost everything in a house fire. Order Took over three weeks to arrive, seems to have been lost in mail. Received refund. Box arrived and it wasn’t the two mugs. Seller said I have my refund - throw rope away. Where are my mugs?

  I feel prompted to reply to your negative feedback with a comment. I have kept in constant contact with you about the POST OFFICE error! Multiple pkgs were scanned incorrectly at the POST OFFICE! I contacted them 3 times, and went to my local office twice, lost pckg ticket to track and talked to all 3 receiving Post Masters and all pkgs were lost and ALL orders were refunded. You rcvd a package of rope in error AFTER the fact due to a duplicate mailer print. I apologized!!! MY mugs are LOST!
