  Great item at a gr estate price ! as described. But… Item really shipped 8 days after the shipping confirmation was provided. Seller did not reply to my inquiry email.

  The seller provided a tracking number that didn’t work. At first, I assumed the system was just slow to update, but after a week it was still inactive. I contacted the seller to ask what was happening, but received no reply - instead, I was issued a refund without any explanation. Were they hoping I’d forget I ordered a laptop so they could keep the money? Poor communication and unreliable service. I noticed similar negative feedback from others and should have trusted my instincts.
