  Purchased MKS Eco WOW shampoo and conditioner. I received the order last week. Items were securely packaged upon arrival. The shampoo bottle was only half full. Items were described as "new, but open" If these were new, the shampoo bottle would have been full. I contacted the seller twice last week, but as of today (a week later), no response from seller. I should have read the other negative reviews before ordering. Seller seems to have a history of not responding to messages.
