  the thumb on the left hand is broken and it's not even in the box the seller didn't tell me about it.

  I sold this as a used doll and did not indicate that this was new old stock or that this came with the original box. I took many photos of the doll including up close photos. I am not exactly sure what I could have done differently. I did not see a broken thumb when I shipped the product and you did not even tell me about this broken thumb. How am I supposed to help you out if you do not communicate anything with me? If you would have told me I would have taken care of you. :-(
