  This is a replacement of an existing GrandTec keyboard. It was several years old and the nomenclature had worn off the key pads. The price was GREAT!! One minor complaint about the new keyboard... the wire was bent/ kinked where it enters the keyboard. *A packaging issue... The kink does not affect the function of the keyboard.

  Quick shipping, almost as described. Two terminals were win7 and two were win10. They still work fine for my use.

  my apologies! i did not know any windows 7 units were in our batch. I would be happy to swap them out if you would like to return the windows 7 units for windows 10.
