  The marketing information on this computer was specific and complete. I received the laptop quickly and it included everything. I was able to track the shipment and they emailed me when it arrived so I didn't have to worry about it being outside my front door for porch thieves. I'd be happy to do business with this company again. Actually, this is the third laptop I have purchased from them. Two were gifts. One was for myself.

  I bought this Dell Optiplex to replace my older Optiplex that I used all day every day for 12 years. The new Optiplex set up and running fairly quickly but got stopped at the Lockscreen. I haver used a lockscreen on my computers but I had to have one for this computer. I will find a way to get rid of the lockscreen so my husband will quit calling me to fix the computer. Both of us like the new refurbished Dell and it was a really good price. I'm looking forward toany years with this Dell.
