  Purchased Jellycat cat for my granddaughter, who already owns one. As they no longer have this cat in the shops, I bought it as a backup as she carries it everywhere! The parcel was delayed, through no fault of the seller and when queried the seller was extremely helpful. Great quality, well wrapped parcel and great seller, wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

  Received a fake - several obvious differences from the genuine Jellycat. Contacted the seller who apologised for ‘distributer issues and a faulty product’, offered me a 70% refund and to keep the item. Then when I said no, return for full refund they gave 100% refund and keep product (if I cancelled return). They never offered to send a replacement, besides which there is no way a retailer sending genuine jellycat mistakenly sends an obvious fake, so please don’t buy from here. Missed birthday.

  Gorgeous jellycat, definitely worth the money. Perfect condition aswell. Just had problems with the delivery company delivering my order but no problems with the seller. So thank you so much! Will defo purchase more from seller in the future!!!
