  The item arrived in excellent condition—good quality, true to the advertised description, and well packed overall. It represents great value for money and works exactly as expected. Postage was impressively fast. However, the box had not been taped shut and had clearly come open during transit, which could have led to damage. Thankfully, everything was intact, but improved packaging would offer better peace of mind.

  Good communication, reasonable for the price, looks good. Parcel Freight Logistics did not leave the package in a “safe place”, just left in the middle of the front garden, could have used the letterbox or hidden it behind a plant pot.

  Item arrived as described. I ordered 5 pieces and unfortunately one of the pieces had cracked during delivery. I told the seller who apologised and offered compensation. Despite this setback, would recommend and order again as response was swift to resolve my issue and overall great quality for the price. Thank you

  As with the other cables I bought from this seller, they are clearly new items & they seem to be of good quality; time will be a better test. I can't fault the price or the customer service. There was one box that didn't contain the cable length as stated on the box. I messaged the seller when I discovered this - a Saturday evening. I received a reply so quickly that I thought it must be an automated one. No, the seller had read my message & was onto sorting out a solution. Saturday evening!

  The item is fine. It arrived quickly. The packaging was terrible. The pictures showed the product in a rigid plastic shell but it was delivered scrunched up in a plastic bag which was squished into my letter box. Not happy to have paid extra for shipping.
