  My watch did not work. We took the battery out and tested it. It didn't work. I contacted the seller, and they said they would put a new one in the mail that day. It's now two weeks later and I don't have a new battery, and the seller will not answer my messages. I am not happy.

  This has been resolved, the buyer messaged me confirming they got the battery. I’ve sold hundreds of vintage watches over 5+ years with almost no issues. When they reported a problem, I mailed a battery right away. It was sent regular post with no tracking, and I couldn’t follow up as I was moving across the state with a sick baby. My shop was on vacation mode, but I still did my best to make it right.
