    Two of the four plates arrived in great condition. One arrived broken even though the box was intact and it seemed to have been wrapped well. Perhaps the box was dropped in transit? The other issue is that a fourth plate’s glaze is crackled. I’m not sure it will be safe to use for food.

    The items were packaged with extreme care. Unfortunately, one of the mugs had a crack. I contacted the seller and within minutes received a response and a refund for the damaged mug. I highly recommend this seller! Honest and responsive. I will purchase again from seller.
