  I had ordered the item having seen the feedback and exceptional speed of delivery. Unfortunately the item didnt arrive even after the expected date, due to courier. I asked to cancel the order as it did not arrive (sleeping bag) by the time i was due to set off on a camping trip which i had ordered the item for. The seller was very quick to resolve the issue and issue a refund. Good problem resolution Is the sign of a good seller
