  Beautifully packed in an appropriately sized box, the Bigelow Tea arrived in perfect condition. The last order from another seller came in a shipping bag, and everything was crushed. The shipment wasn't ruined, but the boxes of product were trashed. I appreciate the attention to shipping detail, The price was great, by the way. Excellent product/value.

  Never sent. Last time contacted him said I will receive the package in 5 days but no tracking number. Five days has passed and still no delivery. Message him several times and the reply is that he is not be available until January 2027. I ask for my money back several times so I can buy from another vendor. No money back and still waiting.
