  I got what I ordered. Had difficulty getting the device to work when I received it. The way it was poorly packaged I was concerned that it got damaged in transit. The slim amount of bubble wrap used was not even taped to keep from unraveling. For the size and weight I think the shipping was a bit much!

  Shipping charges aren’t a surprise, they are clearly stated in the listing and at checkout. If you didn’t like it, why did you buy it? The very small item was wrapped in a foot of bubble wrap and inside a box. More bubble wrap and a bigger box would have cost more…..🙄. Leaving a neutral feedback over the well advertised shipping charge is stupid. You said you got what you ordered. You should probably stick to buying off Amazon.
