The appearance of the unit was basically looks brand new. I don’t usually recommend anyone because at the end they make you look bad but I highly recommend the experience was smooth.

He even included a 1 year hardware failure warranty in addition to providing additional instructions on the backlit keyboard, GPS viewer and Garmin Navigation. He provided a Windows tools boot CD with instructions. His ethics and morals are outstanding! This is how all professionals should run a business. He sincerely treats his customers like his own family.
