  Item was well packaged and exactly as described. It took about three weeks to arrive (which I expected from international sellers so that was not an issue for me). I did have to pay £44.02 import duties (bonkers) which I had not factored in but perhaps I had missed some small print along the way. Either way, I’m really happy with the bag but the import duty would be the only thing to put me off buying again from this seller.

  HI. I apologize for the import duties. I completely agree that they are bonkers. Unfortunately there is nothing I can do about them because they have absolutely nothing to do with me. Your local government would charge the same fees from any seller in the U.S. I do not even know what the fees are for your country but I am aware they are high everywhere as of recently.   Just received my shoes and they are glorious!!!! They were packaged better than I expected which I greatly appreciate! The clear shoe bag was definitely impressive!! Shipping was quick and I received what was advertised! This item was priced well especially with them being RL !! This seller is definitely worth adding to the save list !!!!!

  Beautiful item. As described. I just love my purchase. All arrived safely. What I didn't love was the copious amount of waste/recycled plastic packaging stuffed as tightly possible in the box. It filled almost my entire garbage can and is not recyclable. It ended up being $20 in disposal fee I hadn't planned on. Sellers, please don't use your buyers as personal trash bins for your nonrecyclable waste plastic. Not taking off ☆ or giving neutral, but please don't do this.

  HI. I am sorry that the packaging upset you. I used a decent amount of material to protect the items because they were traveling across the country and were made of glass. My concern was for your item to arrive undamaged, not to offload my waste. I do apologize you were burdened as my hope is for my customers to have only a positive eBay experience.
