Welcome to L&K Used Truck Parts, We are a small family owned business of 35yrs based out of PA. We sell complete Car & Trucks, Car & Truck parts, Diesel parts, Complete Engines, Heavy equipment parts, 18-Wheeler parts, Small engine parts, Tools, and the occasional odd ball stuff.
We always try to test and validate everything to make sure it works. It is then cleaned up and packaged extremely well so our customers have the best experience possible when shopping with us. If there is ever a problem we handle it immediately and always make sure the buyer is happy with the way the situation is being handled.     We stand behind the items we ship and always work with the buyer in these situations. We offer 30 day returns on everything in our store. If you would have reached out and told us to begin with we would have asked that you return the item to us for a full refund just as we would do for anyone in a situation like this. We apologize for the inconvenience but I think every Seller deserves the chance to resolve any issues in a situation like this first for buyer before leaving feedback.
