  Seller did not send out item when I purchased it they ask me to go to another link and purchase it I work at a shop and needed the parts when I purchased it not knowing it was not getting sent out when promised or I would be looking for another solution but now I got a customers car going to be stuck at shop why I reorder parts from someone else

  although it said on E bay's listing that this item was in stock, it could not be sold to me as apparently the factory was shut for 1 or 2 months of vacation? My question back is why is the seller asking for feedback when it did not sell me the product?
