  Listing photos showed the hat displayed with care. The item was shipped crumpled in a thin polybag and forced into an undersized box with no padding, arriving crushed and misshapen. Packaging did not meet basic standards for a structured hat. Seller’s messages during negotiation were curt and dismissive. Accountability and care were lacking.

  Item exactly as described and will definitely get good use outta these. The only thing is they came REEKING like paint thinner. I had to make the quick decision of whether or not I was keeping them so I could either package them back up immediately with multiple layers of tape or get them immediately in the washing machine before they stunk up my house.
