Don Higham is the owner of Don’s Classic Stamps and he is a member of the Canadian Stamp dealers Association. Don was a Family and Divorce lawyer for almost 42 years of practice in Surrey, British Columbia, Canada. He has now retired but is actively involved in selling stamps through this Ebay store.     I was surprised today when my stamp arrived. It must have shipped to the USA just before the Canadian Postal strike started. The stamp was exactly as described. Also, packaging was excellent. The cost of the stamp was very reasonable and a good value to me.

The packaging is separate for each item and secured in an unbending envelope which provides protects the product. The shipping is fast and efficient. All products are as described.
