  the sellers home page there are 3 pictures of blue cards 6 snap in nuts on each card and a price of 26.11 and free standard shipping which made think I was getting 6 snap in nuts and free shipping. When I received the package there was only 1 snap in nut for $6.11 and charge of $22.12 for freight. Why would they ship something that weighted almost nothing that could have been put in the US mail for less than a dollar. I felt this was misleading and I was rip-off by this seller

  One of the worst merchants I have dealt with. I ordered a part on November 30th and today is December 20th and I did not receive the product. I contacted them and there was no response. I filed a complaint and eBay refunded the money. I do not recommend dealing with them at all

  When a local dealer couldn't get the part, Dick Poe Ram stepped up and shipped me one. Steve in customer service was great. Lightning quick ship but item should have had better packaging due to sesitive electronics.
