They didn’t respond quick while the car was on the lift so I sent a question mark to them to reply with one and telling me to be patient, I thought this was bad manners. They didn’t help much with the refund and also said that I had tried to fit the springs into my car. He returned them and eBay refunded accordingly. The average reply time to your messages was 7 minutes. Please to say eBay have now blocked this customer.
