It was easy to swap out my existing non-EFI Sapphire Pulse RX 580 8GB and install the EFI card. My Mac Pro 5,1 mid 2012 booted up showing the EFI screen for both macos 10.14.6 and Window 10 (latest version) without any issues. The Option key worked to get to the Startup Manger. It was really nice having the EFI support after years not having it without adding in a Nvidia GeForce GT 120 card.
