    My item was shipped quickly and packed VERY carefully. Double boxed with plenty of bubble wrap and yet it was damaged in transit. The seller responded within the hour and immediately issued me a full refund and a sincere apology even though they had done everything right! It was a beautiful piece and even better than described and I am so very impressed with the response from this fabulous 5 Star Seller.
