  Simply put, this item exceeds my expectations in every category. I was expecting a quality product but this is one step beyond that. Perhaps it's best to say that opening this package was its own adventure and all purchases should feel just like this.   I was disappointed in a hole being drilled through a small engraving I requested, but the sword does look nice in other ways and “Sally” persisted to try to make things right so I may give Dremsword another chance in the future.
