  Your board was deemed non-repairable, and you were refunded in accordingly. Despite this, you left feedback that misrepresents the situation. This feedback system is flawed—Ebay, please take note. Penalizing sellers who follow policy and issue refunds fairly will only drive away responsible sellers and cost you valuable fees in the long run.

  They repaired my board last year so when I started having issues again I contacted them first. They thought I was having touch panel issues, and after receiving the board back they couldn’t find an issue so they insisted my touch panel is bad. I just had a second repair service do an inspection in person, and they verified the touch panel is fine but my control board is bad. It’s fine to speculate on what an issue could be, but it’s irresponsible to insist on buying parts you’re not sure I need

  As a new oven would have cost at least $2000, I thought this was a good gamble. Seller was prompt and communicative. However, when we installed the new repaired board, it did not work. I recd a video showing it was working at his end. I don’t know why we couldn’t get it going.

  Great service! Removed controller board, packaged and mailed. BoardsFix serviced the board, repaired it and packaged it for shipment in one day! It returned to me I plugged it in and it's solved my problems, my oven is working again! Great deal and quality service!
