    Heads, Accessories, & Soft Goods: All items are made to order.

    Painted Items: Please allow 14-21 business days for production, plus additional time for intricate paintwork. This timeframe excludes national holidays.

    Unpainted Items: We aim to ship these within 7 business days.

    No Custom Bodies: Just to be clear, we only create heads and parts; we don't make or sell custom action figure bodies.
